Blue Basil Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz KO Distilling Battle Standard 142 Navy Strength Gin
  • ½ oz basil simple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz blue curaçao
  • Chilled tonic water, to top

Preparation

  1. Add the gin, basil simple syrup, lime juice, and blue curaçao to a Collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaf and a lime wedge.
