Ingredients
- 2 oz. Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Club Soda, to top
- Lemon Peel (for garnish)
Preparation
- Shake rye, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon peel.
