Big and Bradshaw

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Acid-Adjusted Cranberry Juice (add citric acid at 4% of whatever the weight of your juice is)
  • ¾ oz. Aperol
  • ¾ oz. Combier
  • ¾ oz. Mezcal
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • ¼ oz. Egg White

Preparation

  1. Dry shake egg white vigorously then add in the rest of your components and wet shake. 
  2. Double strain.
  3. Turn on Sex and The City and enjoy!
