Prairie Pineapple Parade

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
• 3 oz. Fresh Pineapple juice
• Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice
• Sugar to Taste
• pinch of Both Fresh Mint and Fresh Cilantro
• Green Tabasco or Other Green Chili Sauce to Taste
• pinch of Sea Salt

Preparation: Mix all ingredients except the vodka in a blender until mint and cilantro are in small pieces but mixture is not too foamy. Pour vodka into lowball glass with ice, top with pineapple juice mix (poured through a strainer) and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple.
