- Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake for 6-8 seconds.

*Pea and Pineapple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- ½ cup Pineapple Juice
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar

- Combine all ingredients and blend for 1 minute.
- Strain and store in a tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week (the longer it stays in the refrigerator, the stronger the flavor!).

- 80 gr Water
- 20 gr Kosher Salt

- Add all ingredients, simmer.
- Steep overnight to develop flavor.
- Sweeten with cane sugar to taste.
**Hibiscus Salt/Sugar Rim
Ingredients
- 1 quart Dried Sorrel Flowers
- Sea Salt
Preparation
- Grind dried flowers in grinder or blender.
- Add sea salt or sugar and mix thoroughly.
