Nothing says Christmas like a delicious spiked apple cider or a gingerbread espresso martini! Get cozy this holiday season with fun libations from Brugal 1888, E11EVEN Vodka, and more!
Candy Cane Martini
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vodka
- 1-2 oz. Bevi Lime Mint Sparkling Water, (set flavor to high)
- 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
- 3/4 oz. Half-and-Half (or 1 part heavy cream to 1 part whole milk)
- Crushed Hard Peppermint Candy Rim
Preparation
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, creme de cacao, half-and-half, and then shake.
- Top off with Bevi Lime Mint sparkling water, setting flavor to high.
- Strain into a martini glass with a peppermint candy rim.
- Add rosemary sprig for garnish.

Preparation
- Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add Midori Liqueur and rum.
- Top with Bevi Lemon and Bevi Key Lime sparkling water, setting the flavor to high.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

1888 Coquito
Ingredients
- 11.83 oz. of Brugal 1888 Rum
- 13.5 oz. Coconut Milk
- 10.8 oz. Coconut Cream
- 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 12 oz. Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Ice to serve (optional)
- Pinch of Nutmeg or Cinnamon, to serve
Preparation
- Pour the rum, coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla into a blender.
- Blitz to combine, then pour into a large jug and add the cinnamon stick.
- Chill for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Will keep in the fridge for up to four days.
- When you're ready to serve, stir the Coquito, then pour small measures over ice, if using, and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

1888 Festive Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 1.7 oz. Brugal 1888 Rum
- .34 oz Spiced Tea Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Preparation
- Stir over ice and strain into a glass with ice, cubed.
- Garnish with half of a fresh fig.
