Tropic Like It’s Hot

Ingredients:

2oz Mangoshotta

.50oz lime juice

.50oz lychee syrup

1oz pineapple juice

Preparation:

Pour measured amounts into cocktail shaker and shake and strain into chilled coupe with a pink Himalayan sea salt rim. Slice a fresh mango into a diamond shape piece, make a slit on one end and place on coupe glass.

Garnish:

Pink Himalayan sea salt & Mango diamond.

Ingredients:

.75oz Mangoshotta

.25oz Amaretto Juice

.50oz Orange juice

Preparation:

Pour measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker and strain into a shot glass with a pink Himalayan sea salt & Black Lava salt rim.

Amaretto Juice build- Take non acoholic amaretto syrup and mix equal parts (1:1) with hot/boiling water stirring constantly to lessen the sweetness of the amaretto and get more of a ‘juice’ than a syrup.

Garnish:

Pink Himalayan & Black Lava sea salt rim
