Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta Tequila
2.5 oz ***Acid-Adjusted Carrot Juice
0.5 oz Galliano Liqueur
0.25 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
3 Sprays of Mezcal both inside & outside the glass.
Force Carbonation
Preparation:
1. Combine all four ingredients in a Shaker Tin with Ice and Hard Shake for 15 Seconds.
2. Double Strain the chilled & diluted mixture into a Carbonator to force carbonate with 1 Co2 Charger.
3. Spray both the inside & half the outside of the glass with Mezcal. Dust the outside of the glass with Texas Pete’s Spicy Dry Seasoning.
4. Pour the carbonated cocktail into the glass and serve.
***Acid-Adjusted Carrot Juice: Blend 1g of citric acid into 2.5oz of freshly juiced carrot juice.
Garnish:
Dust of Texas Pete Spicy Dry Seasoning

6oz Glass Tumbler

Ingredients:
1oz Mango Shotta Tequila
1oz Yakult (Probiotic Yogurt Drink)
Pinch of Cardamom Seeds
Preparation:
1. Combine all three ingredients in a Shaker Tin with ice and Hard Shake for 10 seconds.
2. Double Strain the chilled mixture into the shot glass.
3. Garnish then Serve!
Garnish:
Triangular Dehydrated Mango with 3 drops of Texas Pete’s Sriracha Cha!
