Cocktail by Paula Lukas

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Mango Shotta

1 oz Giffard Pamplemousse.

1 oz Coconut Water

.25 oz Yuzuco Yuzu Juice

2 oz Jarritos Mango Soda

Preparation:

Rim a highball glass with espresso sea salt

Combine liquid ingredients except for soda in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain over fresh ice in espresso sea salt rimmed highball glass

Top with Jarritos Mango Soda

Garnish with a candied mango slice and green chili pepper

Garnish:

Espresso Sea Salt, Candied Mango Slice, Green Chili Pepper

Ingredients:

.75 oz Mango Shotta

.5 oz Giffard Rhubarb

.75 oz Natalie’s Orange Mango Juice

Preparation:

Rim a shot glass with a mix of Tajin and Cinnamon Sugar

Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into Tajin Cinnamon Sugar rimmed shot glass

Garnish with a square of dark chocolate

Garnish:

Tajin Cinnamon Sugar rim, Dark Chocolate Square
