Ingredients:
1.5oz Mango Shotta
.5oz Aperol
.5oz Jeppson’s Malort
1oz acid adjusted oj
1oz egg white
Preparation:
Add Mango Shotta, Aperol, Malort, oj, egg whites to shaker tin and dry shake 10 to 12 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds
Garnish:
grenadine and angostura drops with a black lava salt and Li Hing Mui

.5oz passionfruit puree
.5oz macadamia nut milk (unsweetened)
Preparation:
add Mango Shotta, macadamia nut milk and passionfruit puree to shaker tin. quick shake 5 seconds
Garnish:
tajin dipped amarena cherry
