Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

1.5oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

0.75oz Aperol

0.75oz Overpoof Rhum Agricol

0.75oz Passion Fruit Syrup (1pt water, 2pt Passion Fruit Puree, 3pt Sugar)

Preparation:

Mix in a shaker and shake over crushed ice. Pour into 6oz Hurricane glass and garnish with burning cinnamon bark and mint

Garnish:

Burning cinnamon stick & mint

Glassware:

6oz Hurricane

0.5oz Mango Shotta

0.5oz Grand Marnier

0.5oz Sour Mix

Preparation:

Build in mixing tin, shake over ice, double strain into a 2oz shot glass with a salt stripe

Garnish:

Salt stripe

2oz shot glass
