Cocktail by Brian Sorensen

Ingredients:

1.25 oz Mango Shotta

1 oz Miles gin

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

2.5 oz squirt grapefruit soda

Preparation:

combine Mango Shotta, Gin, and Grapefruit juice in mixing tin w/ ice,

half shake,

pour into 10oz footed goblet half full of ice,

top w/ squirt

Garnish:

lime

Glassware:

10 oz footed highball

.5 oz Corazón Reposado

.25 lemon juice

Preparation:

half rim shot glass with tajín,

combine ingredients in shaker,

shake,

strain into shot glass

serve with lime

Garnish:

tajín rim, lime wedge
