1oz Mango Shotta
.75 oz 400 Conejos Joven mezcal
.75 Giffard Abricot Du Roussillon
.75 fresh Lemon juice
.25 Agave syrup
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into an absinthe glass
Garnish:
Dried apricot with tajin in the center

.5 fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
Shake with ice and pour into shot glass
Garnish:
Piece of fresh mango rolled in tajin
