Mango Heatwave Sour

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Mango Shotta

1 oz Gin (I used Hendricks)

.75 oz Monin Spicy Mango Syrup

.75 Lemon Juice

1 Egg white or vegan substitute

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker.

Add ice and shake for 8-10 seconds.

Strain out ice, return to shaker and dry shake another 8-10 sec.

Strain into glass using julep or fine mesh strainer.

Garnish

Garnish:

Dehydrated Ginger-sugar lemon

Ingredients:

1 pack Mango jello mix

Halved and cleaned jalapeño

2 cups Mango Shotta

Preparation:

Prepare Mango jello as usual with 2 cups of Mango Shotta.

Pour into each halved jalapeño

Chill, Bite, ENJOY!

Garnish:

The Jalapeño is the edible garnish to the jello shot.

Glassware:

No glassware, contained in the jalapeno
