Cocktail by Ninnette Amene
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta
.5 oz Passionfruit syrup
.75 oz mango infused white rum
4-6 basil leaves
3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, muddle basil, and stir.
Double strain over ice
Garnish:
3 mango strips and 2 basil leaves and 3 edible flowers

Ingredients:
.75 oz Mango Shotta
.5oz corn infused mezcal (vago elote)
.75 oz cucumber jalapeno simple syrup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake hard for 15 seconds. Double strain in a shot glass
Garnish:
Lime zested salt.
