La Ofrenda

Cocktail by Trevor Wheeler

Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

2oz Coconut Water

.5oz Pineapple

.5oz Lime Juice

.5oz Peach Vanilla Syrup

Preparation:

Add all ingredients into cocktail tin with 1 cup KD ice. Shake to correct dilution and double strain into coupe glass.

Peach Vanilla Syrup: Add 500g sliced peaches to 1000g sugar and 500ml water in medium sauce pot. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit for 30 minutes then strain. Cool in refrigerator uncovered. Then cover and store. Good for up to 14 days.

Build an Ofrenda and set on top

Ingredients:

.5 Mango Shotta

.5 Mr Boston Peach Schnapps

.5 Fresh Lemon juice

Top with Tangerine Sparkling Water(I used Topo Chico)

Preparation:

Add all ingredients except soda to shaker tin with 1 cup KD ice. Shake to correct dilution. Strain into glass. Top with 1oz Tangerine Soda
