Ingredients:
2oz Mango Shotta
1oz Lemon Juice
1oz Tropical Berry Syrup*
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2oz Soda Water
Preparation:
Combine Mango Shotta, Lemon Juice, Berry Syrup, and Peychaud’s in a tin and shake with ice. Double strain into a wine glass with a Mango Molasses brushstroke and top with soda.
*Tropical Berry Syrup
-250g Sugar
-250g Pineapple Chunks
-250g Strawberries
-250g Mango
-50g Unsweetened Coconut
-750g water
Blend until smooth and fine strain through cheesecloth.
Garnish:
Paintbrush of mango molasses
Glassware:
Wine glass

Ingredients:
1oz Mango Shotta
1oz Cilantro-infused Coconut Milk
.5oz Ginger-Lime Cordial*
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients in a tin and fine strain into port glass.
Ginger-Lime Cordial:
250g Lime Juice
250g Honey
150g Fresh Ginger Juice
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat until uniform.
Garnish:
"Watercolor" Mango Ginger Slice
