Cocktail by Ricky Naranjo
Ingredients:
1 oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Reposado Tequila
3/4 oz mango puree
3/4 oz passion fruit puree
3/4 oz spiced Orange Shrub( 2 large oranges, 1/2 large cinnamon stick, 2 star anise pods, small pinch of cloves)
Preparation:
In shaker add the Mango Shotta, the Tequila, Mango, Passion Fruit Purées, add Spiced Shrub. Add Ice and shake till chilled. Strain onto Double Old fashioned glass and garnish.
Garnish:
Dehydrated Orange

In Shaker add Mango Shotta, add the puree. Add Ice and shake. Stain onto shot glads
