The SXSW excitement continued when Ketel One Vodka was part of another legendary evening, this time with Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Entertainment Weekly, to celebrate Jimmy’s return to Austin and his March Cover issue of EW!

Ketel One Bespoke Cocktails

Hosted at the interactive Samsung Studio, guests entered into a two-level space with Jimmy Kimmel Live! footage on Samsung TVs and fun beats making for a lively atmosphere. Aisling Gammill’s bespoke cocktails – the same three featured at De Nolet (Ketel One’s immersive experience on Friday and Saturday night) – were served from high-end bars dressed with Ketel One bottles and special touches including fresh thyme and glowing candles. Jimmy Kimmel and Constance Zimmer both drank the National Republic of Texas Cocktail made with Ketel One Citroen Flavored Vodka.

National Republic of Texas

A nod to the State Capitol building, symbol of Texan spirit and ingenuity.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Ketel One® Citroen Flavored Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Amontillado Sherry
• 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup (1:1)
• 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Preparation: Shake, strain over iced rock glass, Garnish with grapefruit.

Lady Guadalupe

The patron saint of the eastside.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Ketel One® Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Dolin Blanc
• 3/4 oz. Thyme Syrup
• 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Preparation: Shake ingredients, strain over ice into rocks glass, thyme sprig garnish.

Blackberry-Barton

To lazy days at Barton Springs, Austin’s beloved natural swimming pool.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One® Oranje Flavored Vodka
• 2 oz. Blackberry syrup
• 3 oz. Topo Chico

Preparation: Build in iced Collins glass, blackberry garnish.
