Kyle’s Own Signature Cocktail: Coyote Campfire
- 1-1/2oz Represado Tequila (higher end smokier tequila)
- 1oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
- 1/2oz Dry Curacao
- 1/2oz 151
- 1tb Sugar
- White of one Egg
Prep: Cut Lime in half. Squeeze Lime into mixing tin. Fill Rocks glass with ice and place Lime cup onto rocks, fill lime with sugar, and 151 then light on fire. Add the rest of the ingredients into tin. Dry shake until egg is blended. Add ice and shake again. Squeeze caramelized sugar from lime while still flaming into rocks glass. Double strain over the rocks and stir to blend caramelized sugar into drink. And enjoy
