I enjoy seasonal cocktails with all natural ingredients incorporated into them. Currently, the peaches have made for a tasty cocktail to satisfy the end to a hot summer Cali night.
Begin by muddling 3 healthy peach slices and a dozen mint leaves. Do not over muddle! Just enough to release all the flavors. Add 2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon, 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice, 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup and shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with a peach slice and mint. Cheers!
