Peanut Butter and Banana Nog

(Makes approximately 1 liter)

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. gold Caribbean rum
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 5 oz. heavy cream
  • 100 gr creamy peanut butter
  • 125 gr peeled, browning bananas
  • Holiday Spices

Preparation: Whisk eggs, 72 grams sugar, 15 oz. whole milk, 5 oz. heavy whipping cream, peanut butter, 1/4 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Stir continuously until peanut butter is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in rum, let cool. Blend bananas into nog. Whisk and stain. Lasts 1 week sealed in the fridge.
