Water cure Spritzer

Ingredients:
2oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
1oz Lavender Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Preparation:
In a shaker with ice add vodka and both simple syrups. Shake to mix the pour in glass with ice. Top with club soda
Garnish:
Lemon wheel and umbrella

Cocktail Inspiration:
The Glen Haven used to be a water cure in the 1800’s. People would come from all over to get into the lake (Skaneateles Lake) because it was said to have healing properties and would cure people’s ailments. The original building was located across the lake from our current location but people still come to visit us because of the rich history.
