Snow on the Beach

Cocktail by Taryn Crisafulli

Ingredients:

2 oz Deep Eddy Lime Vodka

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz unsweetened coconut milk

.5 oz simple syrup

Grated Nutmeg

Preparation:

In shaker tin add vodka, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and simple syrup. Shake for 8 seconds and double strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Grate a generous amount of nutmeg on top and finish with a lime twist.

After a long cold winter in upstate New York everyone wants a taste of island life. This cocktail is refreshing, beachy, and super easy to drink. Think piña colada with a tart and nutty twist. Cheers!
