Cocktail by Sara Barnett
Ingredients:
1.5oz Deep Eddy Original
1.25oz Peach and Apple Cordial
.75oz Lime Juice
.25oz Creme de Cassis
4 Mint Leaves
Preparation:
Make Cordial with 300g Apple Juice, 300g Peach Nectar, and 900g Sugar.
Add Mint Leaves, Deep Eddy Original, Creme de Casis, Peach and Apple Cordial, and Lime Juice to tin. Shake and Strain. Garnish with Mint sprig threaded thru a Peach Ring.

The bar I work at is a Japanese Karaoke bar that is deeply rooted in LGBTQ+ culture. I created this cocktail for our pride menu while loosely referencing Non-Binary culture and being inspired by the colors, smells, and flavors of springtime in Japan.
