Ingredients:
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Original Vodka
1.5 oz Strawberry Vanilla Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Kiwi Juice
0.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
Preparation:
Strawberry Vanilla Syrup Recipe: 320g Fresh Strawberries, 500g White Sugar, 500g Hot Water, 2 split vanilla beans, Hot Plate(or stove), mixing bowl, big pot, Seran Wrap, Chinco Strain.
1) add strawberries and sugar to mixing bowl and muddle into paste
2) add Hot water and stir until dissolved
3) add vanilla beans, cover mixing bowl with seran wrap and put on top of pot with 3in of water in pot.
4) put combined pot and bowl on Hot plate (or stove) at 280°F for 1 hour
5) strain with Chinco strainer in to Cambro and let cool
Cocktail Preperation:
Add all ingredients to shaker tins (16oz and 24oz metal shakers), add ice, shake, double strain with hawthorn and fine mesh strainer into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Cut kiwi wheel, Lemon Pigtail, and Cured Strawberry Top to glass with skewer.

I wanted to make a drink that reminded me of my childhood. Remember the days when you are out playing in the yard for hours and you come into the house exhaust. You go over to the refrigerator, and grab a cold, delicious Capri Sun that would just hit the spot. Those memories, those feelings is what I wanted to go back to. The days when all you did was have fun and not worry about anything else except for being a kid.
