Ingredients:
1.5 oz deep Eddy lemon
.5 oz blue curaçao
1.5 oz homemade blueberry syrup
.25 oz oat milk
Preparation:
We’re in the glass with lemon juice and brown sugar. Fill with fresh ice. Shake blueberry syrup and oat milk over ice and strain into glass. Shake it deep Eddie lemon and blue curaçao With fresh ice and layer on top.
Garnish:
Brown sugar and lemon wheel
Glassware:
10 oz rocks glass
Cocktail Inspiration:
Scuba diving in the ocean. The brown sugar and lemon represent beach and then the layers of the drink represent going deeper into the ocean.
