
Southern Sampler
Cocktail by Chris Hornbuckle
Ingredients:
1.5oz Deep Eddy Vodka
.75oz Deep Eddy Peach
1oz lavender and lemon zest simple syrup
Preparation:
Lavender Simple:bring 3 cups of water and 1 cup of culinary grade lavender to a boil, add zest and juice of 1 lemon. Let steep for 5 minutes then strain. Add 3cups of cane sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
For the drink: add 1.5oz of vodka, .75oz of peach vodka and 1 oz of simple syrup into shaker with ice. Shake mixture vigorously then dirty pour into highball glass. Garnish with 2 sprigs of Lavender
