Deep Sea Dive

Cocktail by Camille Horace

Ingredients:

1oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka

1oz Banana Infused White Rum

0.5oz Blue Curacao

0.5oz Lemon Juice

3oz Pineapple Juice

Edible Luster Dust (optional)

Preparation:

Rim a rocks glass with crushed maple sugar (If you can’t find maple sugar, coconut sugar works well)

Add all ingredients into shaker

Shake and strain into rimmed glass

Add ice and Umbrella

Garnish:

Crushed Maple Sugar Rim/ Umbrella

Glassware:

Rocks glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

I live in land-locked Vermont and summer only lasts for about 3 months. I wanted to create a drink that will instantly transport me to a Caribbean beach. But that hint of maple will still remind me of home.
