Cocktail by Jimmy Counts
Ingredients:
-1 ounce Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka
-1 ounce Flor De Cana silver rum(Or any silver rum equivalent)
-.75 ounce Banana Simple Syrup
-.75 fresh lime juice
-3 dashes chocolate bitters
-barspoon of Amaro Montenegro
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in tin and shake with ice until well incorporated. Strain into glass with pebble ice. Garnish
Garnish:
Banana top over a lime wheel on a cocktail stick

Cocktail Inspiration:
Nothing quite like some delicious chocolate banana to perfectly balance with Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka. Enough sweet to citrusy to make it a super crushable summer slammer. Arrested Development’s banana stand inspired me and the drink I built this off from was initially a classic daquiri.
