
The Key to My Heart
Cocktail by Matt Corder
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Lime
.5 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz creme de cacao
.75 oz key lime
.5 oz honey-simple
.5 oz half and half
Preparation:
Graham cracker dust garnish: In a bowl, muddle one graham cracker as finely as possible
In a shaker tin, add Deep Eddy Lime, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, key lime juice, honey-simple, and half and half. Shake until tin is frosted. Double strain into a chilled couple glass. Garnish with graham cracker dust on half of the cocktail and enjoy!

Cocktail Inspiration:
At the restaurant I work at, LoLA, one of our deserts is a black bottom key like pie. My cocktail is a take on that desert. The black bottom (chocolate crust) is represented by the creme de cacao and graham cracker crust. The key lime comes through in the rest of the cocktail creating a light, sweet, citrusy summer sipper. Enjoy!
