Cocktail Inspiration:
I have to say, my idea of fun is eating. I know it’s not original, but you could say my wife and I are big foodies! When planning our days off we scan the city (or wherever we are at) and plan out where we will find our next favorite dish (or dishes). There is one thing we do disagree upon is the spicy level of our foods. My wife likes her food super spicy. On the other hand, I like spicy but in balance, I have to taste the other components of the dish. This carries over to cocktails as she tastes all my cocktail entries so to please her palate I have to make sure I please my Lil Spitfire and at the same time does not burn anyone else. Therein lies the challenge but when she tried the Spitfire cocktail it was the perfect level of spice, and she enjoyed it thoroughly!
