Fig Off Ricky
Cocktail by Richard Dubus
Ingredients:
1.5 oz of Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
1 oz Fig Cinnamon Syrup
.25 oz lime juice
4 raspberries
Egg White
Fig cinnamon syrup
1 cup fig, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cinnamon stick. Add to pot and put on stove stir for 3 minutes or sugar dissolves. Then Cover pot and let sit for 20 minutes then strain out the solids.
Preparation:
Add ingredients into shaker and muddle raspberries. Then Dry shake, after dry shake add ice, and shake for 15-20 seconds. Double Strain into rocks glass
Garnish:
Mint leaves, Fig, and Raspberries

Cocktail Inspiration:
I love the show Trailer Park boys, and always laughed when Randy would yell “Frick Off Ricky.” That gave me the inspiration to use Figs, and the mint leaves cause Randy is always trying to stop them from growing weed. I knew the lemon vodka would make the raspberries and figs pop. I sadly couldn’t put cheeseburgers in the drink to make it a true Randy drink. The drinks flavors put a smile on my face just like show, and I hope ya’ll get a good laugh too.
