Caribbean Cowboy

Cocktail by Boone Mcclendon

Ingredients:

1oz Deep Eddy Ruby Red

1oz Aperol

.5oz coconut rum

.75oz coconut milk

.75oz lime juice

Preparation:

Add ingredients into bar tin,shake with ice. Strain and pour cocktail over ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish:

Dehydrated grapefruit wedge. Chili salt rim

Glassware:

Rocks glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

Spin on the greyhound cocktail. With Deep Eddys Texas roots (cowboy) and and a little bit of Caribbean inspiration from the coconut.
