Deep Limonatta

Cocktail by Rakesh Patel

Ingredients:

Sugar cane juice mix (fresh sugar cane, ginger and lemon juice)

Bergamot

Liminatta lemon soda

Preparation:

Blend fresh 6 ounce fresh sugar cane, sliver of ginger and .25 ounce lemon juice. Blend to a pulp and strain thru a cheese cloth or fine mesh sieve.

Shake the mix, with 1 ounce of deep eddy lemon, .25 ounce of bergamot, top off with limonatta lemon soda.

Garnish:

Fresh sugar cane husk skewer, mint, fresh and fried lemon wheel.

Personal childhood experience with fresh sugar cane juice; the same fresh juices and ingredients used to make deep eddy vodka.
