Alexander The Grapefruit

Ingredients:

2 ounces Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka

1 oz White Creme de Cacao

3/4 oz pineapple juice

1 oz oatmilk

Preparation:

Pour oat milk, , pineapple juice, creme de cacao and vodka into shaker. Shake over ice. Strain into coupe.

Garnish:

Sugar coat half grapefruit peel and brulee with torch

Glassware:

Coupe

A Brandy Alexander riff made to be a lighter and brighter. Everybody thinks the pun name is corny.
