Winter Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz 135 East Gin
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- .50 oz lime juice
- .50 oz winter spice syrup
- Tonic water
Preparation
- Shake and strain all ingredients except tonic.
- Strain into highball with ice.
- Top with tonic. Cheers!
Winter Spice Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 3 allspice berries
Preparation
- Combine all in a Saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Pull off heat and let cool, strain out spices.
