Waiting on Spring

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Edmond’s Honor Bourbon
- ¾ oz. Lemon Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Strawberry Purée
- ¼ oz. Amaretto
- ¾ oz. Aquafaba
- Glassware and Garnish: Coupe Glass with Strawberry Fan
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tin with ice.
- Shake vigorously then strain back into tin without ice and shake again (reverse dry shake).
- Pour into chilled coupe glass and garnish with strawberry far.
- Express lemon peel over drink and discard.
