Ingredients
- ¾ oz Bastille 1789 Blended Whisky
- ¾ oz Jean Fillioux La Pouyade Reserve Cognac
- ¾ oz Guerin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
- 2 tsp Benedictine liqueur
- 4 dashes Dale DeGroff’s pimento aromatic bitters
- Garnish with cocktail cherry and lemon twist
Preparation
- Pour Bastille Blended Whisky, Jean Fillioux La Pouyade Cognac, Guerin Rouge Sweet Vermouth, Benedictine liqueur and bitters into mixing glass with ice and stir.
- Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with cherry and lemon twist.
