The Guadalajara
Ingredients
- 2 oz Siempre Anejo Tequila
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Mexican Chocolate Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- 3 Luxardo Cherries
- 1 Palo Santo Stick for Smoke
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir and strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with two Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
- Smoke the finished cocktail using Palo Santo wood for added aroma and effect.
