Ingredients

  • 1oz Glen Moray 12yr
  • 1oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .5oz Benedictine

Preparation

  1. Combine into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
  3. Named after the famous Scottish poet Robert Burns.
