Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz. Pecan Fat Washed Bourbon (fat wash the bourbon with pecan cooked in olive oil and let it rest in the fridge for 24 hours and then strain)
- ¼ oz. Sage Syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar and water, 10 sage leaves)
- Garnish: Sweet Vermouth-Coffee “Caviar” Spheres*
Preparation
- Shake and strain bourbon and sage syrup into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with spoonful of sweet vermouth-coffee “caviar” spheres.

Ingredients
- sweet vermouth
- coffee beans
- agar agar
Preparation
- Infuse sweet vermouth with coffee beans for 24 hours, then strain it.
- Add agar agar to the strain liquid, bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly to dissolve the agar completely.
- To form the spheres, use a syringe to drop the liquid into a chilled oil.
- Strain and rinse.
