Preparation
- Add Chopin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and chamomile syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain over ice.
- Top with yuzu soda.
- Glassware and Garnish: Sexy rocks glass topped with edible chamomile leaves.

- dried chamomile flowers
- simple syrup
Preparation
- Create a 1:1 simple syrup and steep with dried chamomile flowers.
- Once cooled, strain out flowers and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
