Strawberry Swing

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Oxbow Silver Rum
  • 1 oz. Strawberry Syrup
  • ¼ oz. St. Germaine
  • ¼ oz. Benedictine
  • ¼ oz. Prosecco
  • ¼ oz. Lemon

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except Prosecco to shaker tin, shake, strain into wine glass, add crushed ice, top with Prosecco.
  2. Garnish with a dehydrated strawberry slice.
