Sazerac
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz - Rye Whiskey
- .5 oz - Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Dashes - Peychaud Bitters
- Absinthe Rinse
- Garnish: Lemon Peel
- Glassware: Old Fashioned
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into mixing glass without ice.
- Add ice and stir until chilled.
- Rinse the glass with absinthe.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass over no ice.
- Express the lemon peel oils over the glass, garnish and Enjoy!
