Sammy’s Love Potion #55

by Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Red Head Rum, divided
  • 4 oz. Champagne, chilled

Preparation

  1. Add half the rum to a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Slowly add the chilled champagne until ½ inch from the top.
  3. Top  with the remaining rum.
  4. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist.
