Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Roe & Co infused with winter spices
- 3 oz boiling water
- 1 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 earl grey teabag
- 1 tsp honey
- Lemon zest studded with cloves
Preparation
- Add Roe & Co and spices
- Steep for 20 minutes and serve
