Pomegranate Mojito

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Monin Pomegranate Syrup
- 3 Fresh Lime Wedges
- 5 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 ½ oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
- ½ oz. soda water
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate syrup, lime wedges and mint leaves.
- Using a muddler, gently press the ingredients to release their flavors.
- Add Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge.
