Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz - Pisco
- 1 oz - Lemon or Lime Juice
- 1 oz - Simple Syrup
- 1 oz - Egg White (Optional)
- Garnish: Cherry
- Glassware: Coupe
Preparation
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin without ice.
- Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
- Double strain cocktail into glass over no ice.
- Garnish and enjoy.
Additional Notes
Preparation if you are adding egg whites:
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin without ice.
- Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
- Double strain cocktail back into one of the shaker tins.
- Dry shake for another 8 seconds.
- Pour contents into glass over ice.
- Garnish and enjoy.
