Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz - Pisco
  • 1 oz - Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1 oz - Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz - Egg White (Optional)
  • Garnish: Cherry
  • Glassware: Coupe

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
  3. Double strain cocktail into glass over no ice.
  4. Garnish and enjoy.

Additional Notes

Preparation if you are adding egg whites:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
  3. Double strain cocktail back into one of the shaker tins.
  4. Dry shake for another 8 seconds.
  5. Pour contents into glass over ice.
  6. Garnish and enjoy.
